received numerous awards for their dedication to the art. She
has had many former students go on to dance professionally.

Assistant in 2004. Judy is employed by the Barlow/Gresham
School District. Judy is married and has one son, Scott.
Mikayla
Patrick has been dancing with Judy since she was three years old
and continued to dance until she reached high school to pursue
cheerleading. She was also a member of her high school dance
team and was the team choreographer. This past year Mikayla
was an assistant teacher along side Judy. She brings a
contagious smile and bubbly personality to X-Treme Dance. She
is very excited to get back to dance, while under the direction of
her mentor, Judy.

Christy Sepich began taking yoga in 2001 and in
2004 received her YogaFit®
certification and began teaching her own classes. She has
taught at Portland Adventist Medical Center and has volunteered her
time introducing yoga to a local women’s shelter, Girl Scout troops
and the grade school she currently works at. She believes that
yoga is one of the most natural forms of exercise and that it
benefits the mind and body as a whole. Christy is an
Educational Assistant for the Parkrose School District.
