Dress Code

• Proper dance attire is required for all classes.  No baggy clothes or school clothes.  Exercise attire is best for most classes.  Check with the class instructor.
• Ballet students are required to wear pink tights, solid color leotard and pink ballet slippers.
• Students will need appropriate dance shoes in class.  Please check with the dance instructor on the style of shoes required.
• Yoga students will provide their own mat and any other equipment used in class.

Classroom Expectations

• The area behind the counter in the office is for Staff only.
• Do not drop your child off more than 10 minutes early for class.  Please pick up your child at the end of their class
• For your child's safety, if someone other than yourself will be dropping off and/or picking your child up please let us know.
• Do not walk into the studio when class is in session.  Please wait in the lobby area until your instructor invites you in.
• No food allowed in the studio.
• When you are finished with your lesson remember to take everything with you.  Help us keep the studio clean.
• Stop, look and listen, when an adult asks for your attention.
• No running inside the studio or climbing on ballet barres.
• Do not walk outside with your tap shoes on.  This ruins the taps.
• Treat everyone with respect.
• Please do not leave your belongings on the office counter.  This includes water bottles.
• If younger siblings get restless, please take them out of the room.  This is distracting to students and instructors.
• Come to class ready to dance and with a positive attitude.
• Parents are welcome to observe classes in through the observation window.  Parents please wait for the instructor to invite you into the studio to observe.
• Please be courteous to students and instructors while class is in session.  Please silence cell phones, while observing class.  Please have students wait quietly in the lobby while waiting for the class in session to finish.
