Yoga
This yoga class combines the ancient Hatha Yoga
practice with modern fitness movements. A gentle, but physically
active and flowing form of yoga. Designed to incorporate a warm up,
work and cool down. Open to all fitness levels.

We will need at least 12 people to open a session.
6 week session for

Please bring your own yoga mat. A yoga
block and strap is also recommended. Wear comfortable, loose
fitting clothes.
